A high-flying Canberra PR9 from No 39 Squadron (1 PRU) on the road to Kabul during Operation Enduring Freedom. Operating at the absolute limit of their range and performance, PR9s flew daily reconnaissance missions over Afghanistan. XH135 portrayed here with the latest sat-nav, data-link and ECM systems and with a complete set of ultra-high resolution cameras and electro-optical sensors, flew the first mission to Kabul.
